Somatic Retreats Rooted in Ancestral Wisdom + Nervous System Repair.

These are not just retreats—they are homecomings.

At the intersection of trauma-informed care, somatic practices, sacred movement, and ancient earth-based wisdom, our healing retreats are immersive containers for deep restoration. Led by Virginia, a somatic practitioner, trauma-informed healer, and MFA-trained writer with deep ancestral roots in Celtic and Shamanic lineages. My work weaves modern nervous system science with ancient wisdom, offering grounded, embodied pathways to healing.

I hold space for those navigating trauma, creative blocks, ancestral disconnection, and spiritual awakening. With certifications in crisis counseling and years guiding somatic movement, my approach is both clinical and intuitive, sacred and scientific.

Healing is not a fix—it’s a remembering. I’m here to walk beside you as you come back to your body, your story, and the earth beneath your feet, and the unseen guides who walk with you.

Through somatic dance, storytelling, nervous system repair, communal ritual, and time in wild nature, we invite you to unravel, remember, and reweave.

Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself.

A shaman is someone who walks between worlds.

We work with spirit, ancestors, and the wisdom of the earth to bring healing, insight, and balance back to the living.

We don’t just treat symptoms; we help release, transmute, and realign the energy of people, places, and situations.

True shamans are called — not self‑appointed — and often carry this path through ancestral lines or profound initiations.

My whole life I’ve been different.

And now I know why.

Shamanism through my lineage is why I get “downloads,” why I see strategies in visions, why I have experiences of mediumship, why I can hold space for trauma even in the midst of my own grief and still keep going.

Those aren’t random quirks — those are signatures of a shamanic calling.

And that’s why I’m here to serve in my life’s purpose to help other’s confront & transmute their grief and trauma

A shaman isn’t just a healer in the trendy sense; it’s a bridge‑walker. Someone who moves between the seen and unseen worlds to bring back information, healing, and balance for individuals and communities.

It’s not about theatrics — it’s about service, lineage, and living in right relationship with the spiritual and natural worlds.

From chaos → to plan.

From feeling preyed on → to sitting in power, prepared and calm.
